The Southern
States PBA Has Once Again Teamed Up With
(May 21, 2010) -- The Police Benevolent Foundation, Inc. and the Arkansas Division of the Southern States PBA are in mourning today as two of their own, Officer Brandon Paudert and Officer Bill Evans, were shot and killed yesterday after making a traffic stop on Interstate 40 in West Memphis.......(05-21-10)

The Supreme Court has ruled
that Officers may enter a home without a warrant or an
invitation if they observe a brawl through a window, the
high court has ruled unanimously. Police officers may
go into a home uninvited......
Lieutenant found not guilty of criminal charges…
Lieutenant Willie Burton of the Lafayette Police
Department in Alabama faced criminal charges for an
off-duty incident involving a juvenile. Lt. Burton
drove a school bus during off-duty hours and constantly
dealt with a 15 year old male.....
I was a young officer off to
the police academy and much to my surprise my PBA
membership would save my career. I was one week from
graduation when I was falsely accused of something that
dismissed me from the police academy and later dismissed
me from my department. I was a member of two.....
